<p>Ok, this sounds like something that I want to do; but is it people dancing 26 hours straight, is there a competition on who can dance the longest, are there performances, blah blah blah?</p>

<p>Its pretty much a 26 hour long (non-alcoholic) dance party. My roommate participated last year and she had a blast. The participants actually dance for 26 hours straight and each are supposed to get sponsers to donate money for the cause. I'm not very familiar with the rules about breaks and such so someone else'll have to help. Anyway, there's also "moralers" that sign up for like 3 hour blocks to dance in order to keep the actual marathon dancers motivated.</p>

<p>Well unless they changed it from last year, it's three. The only reason I'm pretty sure of this is b/c my roommate kept trying to get me to sign up to come btwn 3am-6am last year.</p>
