<p>Yes. There’s a site where students can rate courses/professors after they’ve taken them. It’s very useful because you can find at least a few reviews for most of the classes. I always consult it before I choose courses.</p>
<p>You can access it through Course Guide link on Dartmouth’s Student Assembly Online site. The only catch is you need a valid dartmouth.edu email to access it (as far as I know).</p>

once you log in, you can go to the “Course Guide” and then look for a teacher/course.
I’ve used it already to look up some fall courses. :)</p>
