Database for Placement of recent grads?

<p>Hello, I am not sure how to word this but where do I go to find information about prospective colleges based on the placement of their recent graduates. I am looking for answers to questions like, What graduate schools did they get accepted into? and the stats on their incoming freshman class.</p>

<p>Is there a free data base for this? Where can I go to find more reputable, unbiased info?</p>
