<p>Most of the students living off campus live in University Heights, just south of the main street campus. It’s better to be between Main and Bailey than east of Bailey or west of Main, generally. Apartments typically rent from June 1 to May 31. If the student is not going to be there over the summer, she might be able to get a subletter.</p>
