I know that there are 6 Days on the Lawn for prospective students to come visit. The first of these is designated for Echols/Rodman/College Science Scholars.

Is there a significant difference between the "scholar" Day on the Lawn from the others?

I have somewhat of a conflict that Saturday and am trying to figure out if I should go to the scholar day or one for all admitted students.

Has anyone attended either of the days that could give a run down of the events of the day? (UVA's site mentions student panels, discussions with admission deans, tour of Grounds, visiting classes)

Did your participation in Days on the Lawn help you to make your college decision?

The day isn’t tremendously different from the other Days on the Lawn. They just have a few more Echols/Rodman people around to ask questions and some of the talks are geared towards people in the scholars programs. The day isn’t terribly structured and you have plenty of options to do as you please. The Echols DOTL I attended in 2005 involved hearing a talk from various profs and students early in the morning, going on a tour, sitting in on a class and then eating lunch with a student. I just checked a calendar - looks like april 4 is a saturday. I guess you won’t be able to sit in on any classes. Not a huge loss, but unfortunate.
