Look first at the Lifetime Learning Credit, pg. 19. That will probably give her the biggest bang for her buck, depending on her tax bracket. An alternative is the tuition and fees deduction.
I’d look at the life time learning credit.
Why? Did she have too much incomes?
She is employed almost full time and we don’t provide more than half of her support…at all.
She is not a student and she is 26.
