Deadline clarification

<p>For the SIR deadline, I know it's May 1st, but is it midnight of May 1st or midnight of April 30th? </p>

<p>I'm against last-minute decisions, but due to some changes in my situation I would like to know whether I can give my SIR before midnight of May 1st --> basically before 11:59 pm on May 1st.</p>

<p>It is BY MIDNIGHT of MAY 1ST. Meaning you have the day of May 1st to decide, up until 11:59pm</p>
