UC May 1st Deadline for SIR by 11:59 PM?

<p>When is the deadline for submitting the SIR for UCs? I need to know because I want to submit mine on May 1st if I can because I have to call UC Berkeley's office to ask a question before I submit my SIR. Thank you in advance for your replies.</p>

<p>The deadline is Monday, May 1st 11:59 pm. That sounds to me like you can submit it on May 1st.</p>

<p>essentially ya it would work...but leave extra time if anything goes wrong.</p>

<p>uhh -- don't forget, the UC servers tend to crash when they are overloaded--- don't wait until the last minute.</p>

<p>i heard that if u don't submit a SIR by the deadline, they take it as an auto-reject (like u are not going there). </p>

<p>awesome! this way, i don't have to actually reject Berkeley, I can just "passively reject" it through inaction...</p>
