<p>I've finished my application, but the deadline is January 15th. Does that mean it has to be sent off by 11:59 PM on January 14th, or 11:59 PM on January 15th? I want as many extra minutes as possible to refine my essay!</p>

<p>Oh man I was wondering the same thing. Cause I got an email from Umass Amherst which says it’s due on “midnight on Friday, January 15th.” Technically, that is 12:00 AM on Friday, but do they mean that? Is it the midnight which starts the day, or the midnight which ends it?!? It’s so confusing!</p>
