DEADLINE? I want to be sure!

<p>Okay, from my understanding, Columbia says that you can mail your application the first post day after the deadline (Jan 1st) if that's not a post day (which it's not). I just want to make POSITIVELY sure: it IS okay to mail my app on January 3rd, the first post day?</p>
