HELP. One of my teacher filled in all the recommendation but forgot to click on “submit” ! What should I do ? Can the letter be submitted tomorrow ? Or should I find any other recommender asap ?

No issue at all. Recommendations can be submitted after the application deadline, and often are.
The application deadline only applies to YOUR (the candidate’s) main application. Other supporting information, such as testt scores, recommendations etc., are often submitted after the deadline. Everything is just fine.

^^ Yes, my two kids did that four and three years ago. All their recommendations arrived after their applications were already in. About a week or two afterwards.
In fact, after reviewing your application, the admin officer will let you know if anything is missing and to get it sent. So, do not worry. As long as the teacher sends it this week or next, you will be fine.
EDIT: And to make you more comfortable - my kids also got into multiple schools on your list.
