I'm currently working on my essays and should have them comfortably done and ready to submit on the 31st. Will submitting the day before the deadline be looked down upon/get my app looked at last when not many spaces are left? I know its a dumb question, just nervous.

Don’t quote me on this, but I believe they will view the applications according to the date they were submitted. It is all chronologically ordered because of the computer. Also, you may want to consider submitting a little bit earlier than the 31st as a safety precaution. Never know with internet, power outages, etc.

*** I submitted my application a while ago and worked on my essays for a good two months.

I wouldn’t worry too much about the deadline, although you don’t want to wait until the last minute in case you have technological problems. I submitted my application for REA 4 days before the deadline, and I was admitted, so I don’t think it really matters when you turn it in as long as it’s on time. Good luck with your application!
