<p>Hi, I would love to speak with another Parent concerning their LD students experience at Dean College. My soon to be college freshman is very excited to be going to Dean in the Fall, but I still have reservations that she is not prepared socially for what is to come. I have visited the school many times and I am impressed with all the support for students with learning disabilities, I am very fearful as my daughter is quite naive, although she has lived away at boarding school for four years. We will also be considering having her commute rather than board. On another note, the community colleges in our area do not offer as much support, so I feel that starting her at a CC is not a good option as others have mentioned. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you.</p>
