Dean J, I would really appreciate your help...

<p>I am trying to log on and still get "Your username or password is incorrect-- please try again" but I'm copying it from the email I was sent and it is correct. I tried the "Lost your password?" link to see if I get anything else, but it just sends me the same username that I've been using and the password with *****. The thing is, I still have my original email with the original username/ password so I know they're right. </p>

<p>I've tried different computers in case it's a firewall and I get the same thing. This username and password worked all the way through the beginning of the week. I tried it Friday afternoon and it had stopped working. </p>

<p>Does this mean something? Can you please help? Is there someone I could call? Thank you.</p>

<p>Call the admissions office Monday when you can. They won't be able to give you your decision over the phone, but they can help point you in the right direction. At this point, you could just wait for the letter...what state are you in?</p>

<p>2collegewego...cut and paste the stars from the email into the password. They probably changed it when you sent you lost your password. Worked for my daughter. Good luck.</p>

<p>If your password was changed, it's because you were coded as having submitted a paper app and were supposed to get your decision in the mail, not online.</p>
