Dean's List on Transfer Application

Hi CC,

Hopefully this is the right place for this question: I’m applying for a February 1st priority deadline as a transfer student to a couple schools and I know that I have, based on the requirements, made the Dean’s List for my semester at my current school for the Fall of 2018. However, the official list hasn’t been released yet. Would it still be okay to list this as an achievement even though it isn’t necessarily official?

I am in the same boat as you! I would say its fine because the schools you’re applying to can see your grades through your transcripts

Yes go ahead and list it.

If there’s no question you made it, I’d list it. If you aren’t 100% sure, perhaps you could shoot your advisor an email asking for pre-confirmation.
