Hello! I had asked these questions on the biomedical thread and did not find answers there... so I'm re-posting my questions here, to everyone who is studying OR interviewing at Weill Cornell for PhD. FYI I am applying for PhD program in immunology and molecular pathogenesis.
Thanks! :)

(1) Second Choice interviews - Did anyone here get invited to go on Second Choice interviews? How does it work and is it pretty much structured? I have yet to respond because I do not have the officially itinerary for Immunology interviews and I do NOT want to double book... Anyone know if the second choice interview time block is already scheduled not to interfere with any crucial activity for first choice program?

(2) Housing - How difficult is it to get family housing? I have a domestic partner (qualified by the "family housing policy" found on WCMS' housing website) but do they give priority to married couples or medical students or something? I am imagining it will be pretty much impossible to find an apartment on my own a PhD candidate's stipend... or is it? If you have any knowledge on this, could you please please reply or PM me?

Thank you so much! I am excited and nervous about the interview - NYC is AMAZING!
