Hey I was wondering if any of the better ranked engineering schools have debate teams. I'm currently a policy debater and was hoping to continue that through college.

Tufts has a strong debate team and an engineering school (Tufts is ranked highly, I am not sure about their engineering specifically though)

If you’re serious about debate teams, I know Northwestern has one of the absolute best. The Debate Society has won more national championships than any other college and is the oldest continuous debate program in the country.

Not to mention our engineering program is pretty good :P

Do NOT listen to publicforum, tufts does NOT have a policy team.

The University of Rochester, Wake Forest, Northwestern, Michigan, Cal, Emory, Pittsburgh, Harvard, Vandy and Cornell all have strong CEDA/NDT squads and, to my knowledge, strong engineering programs.
