Dec 8th ISEE scores are out!

<p>Hi.. I got the following on the ISEE which I took on Dec 8th. How did everyone else do? I am not sure if these are good or not. I am a straight A student and applying to a few of the NYC prep schools for 9th grade. I also take take some high school level courses in 8th grade. What do you guys think?</p>

<p>Most of the top day schools in my area say that 7s,8s, and 9s are good safe scores and what they are looking for. Is it ok to have a 6 or a few 6’s? Sure, but you better have some sort of hook- athletics etc. </p>

<p>A 5 at the selective day schools really lowers your chances. An 7,7, 6,6 and you probably aren’t helping nor hurting your chances. All 6’s, such as your case… you need to have phenomenal recommendations and something that makes you very unique, something you are fantastic at and they need, etc.</p>
