I'm going to take the December ACT and I asked someone while touring Emory University (a current grad student who helps run the tour) if they accept the December ACT with a deadline of January 1st for ED2. He said yes, they do accept it. Well, if you find out in late February if you got in or not, and Emory takes your highest ACT Score, do they wait until a certain date before looking at applications or test scores... since I guess it's in a rush for ED 2? Based on what they're saying they will receive the scores in time before making a decision? It just seems awfully close since the December ACT is on the 11th. Or do you think the person is wrong and I should call admissions and ask them to explain? I would now, but it's obviously to late and it's just in my head, constantly thinking about it lol.

Thanks.
