<p>Actually, YES, it is too late. @kellheesi, I also personally called them and they said if your score arrive AFTER they already reviewed your application, then it is too late. So it all depends on when your score arrive and when they review your application. Hope everyone’s confusion is cleared. </p>

<p>@Oddorable I just contacted them again and was told December tests are guaranteed review. Weird. I guess it’s best to just send them in ASAP to be safe. </p>
