@mikey … your composite score along with each section score will come out tonight (most likely) but the writing score will not be posted for awhile

If you take the ACT Plus Writing, your Writing scores will be posted as soon as they are ready, normally about 2 weeks after your multiple-choice scores. Your scores cannot be reported until after your Writing scores have been added.

Ah, okay.
Thank you :)

AHHHH I’m nervous.

So what time is the score coming out guys? I’m from Jersey.

I’ve stayed up until 4-5 AM every night during Winter Break ;x. lol. It won’t be hard for me to stay up until 1 for these. Hopefully the numbers are hiiiiiiiiiiigh. 32+ on all hopefully, but who knows.

Only 3 hours and 30 mins left!!!

SO CLOSE !!! Give em already goddamit lol

I pray to god a 34 or 35
If i do , i will cry

^Don’t cry buddy. 34 really isn’t as useful as you would think-- better off building churches in Africa or something and putting that on your app.

I don’t think building churches is really possible at this time anymore for seniors(I am guessing he is one) and since this is one of the sessions taken most by seniors I am assuming a 34/35 is his last chance to impact his application at this point in time. This is pretty much the case for a vast majority of us so that’s why I think this thread seems more frantic than usual SAT/ACT results.

Chill. They are what they are. No point working yourself up on something that is now out of your control.

Basically 2 hours left?

Besides, some scores won’t be posted until Feb. 4

^ Why?

I am seeing so many different times. What is a good ACT score?

most scores are posted by 12.

After you test, you can check to see if your scores are available online. Multiple-choice scores from this test date will be first posted online beginning December 27 through February 4, 2011.

If your scores are not available on the first date listed above, plan to check back weekly up through the last date listed. Scores are processed and added each week, usually each Wednesday and Friday. Normally, all scores are reported by 8 weeks after the test date.

Scores will take longer if:
•answer sheets from your test center arrived late or your test date was rescheduled. (Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for answer sheets to arrive from countries other than the U.S. and Canada.)
•the “matching” information you provide on the answer sheet (name, date of birth, and match number) is not consistent with the match information on the admission ticket (or standby registration folder, if applicable). Scores cannot be reported until they can be accurately matched to the correct examinee. About 8–10% of examinees provide inconsistent information.
•you provide incomplete or inaccurate test form information on the answer sheet, or the answer sheet has not cleared all other scoring accuracy checks.
•an irregularity is reported at your test center.
•you owe any registration fees (for example, late fee, test date change, test center change, optional Writing Test, standby fee).

Hopefully no one here made a tragic mistake… :D

I hope not. What is a solid ACT score?

Parhaitiy you seem very confident in your score so you can just shush and let those who aren’t cry together.

It depends on who you are. Some people will say a “solid” score is maybe a 34 or above…i think a solid one would be anything above about a 27.

Jero, it really depends what schools you plan on applying to.

For most people here on CC, a 30+ seems to be a solid score, 33+ for the elites.
