I feel so stupid I missed the final grid in. I got two answers: 0 and something else. i didnt pay attention to the constraints that x and y are not equal 0 so i put 0 *facepalm 
overall i Math was easy, the only question that took me more than a min was (x+y)^2/xy=0 and smthg,

@bkmaester The answer is ambition vs. reality or something to that effect. He imagines the house as something really grand (per his description to Ria), but in reality the door is peeling.
