<p>Did you apply before Jan. 20? If so, then I would guess next week. Maybe this Friday though.</p>

<p>Yeah. When Maryland says you’ll hear back by a certain date, it usually means you’ll hear back pretty darn close to that date. The date in this case being April 1.</p>
