I'm trying to make a decision on where i want to go, but i am utterly confused. I really want to get out of Georgia, but i dont know if it would be worth it.

Right now, my options are Georgia Tech, University of Georgia, and Boston University. I was also placed on the waitlist at UNC Chapel Hill.

I'd appreciate it if anyone could give me more information about the schools, which ones they like/have heard are better, and anything else.

THANK YOU!

not GT, i have friends on the waitlist.

Prospective major? What are you interested in? Income bracket?

Yeah I wouldn’t choose GT. After visiting that school for a day, it went to pretty much bottom of my list. I mean if you got into UGA Honors then I would choose that. It also depends on how much you have to pay for BU. You could also hope for Chapel Hill. I think there was a chart that I saw for Chapel Hill and they admitted like 300 ppl from wait list last year so that’s not bad.

all of these are completely different schools, if you havn’t don so already you really need to visit to get a feel.

If I go to Georgia tech, I would major in BME.

I’m planning on visiting Boston Univ. this weekend, and hopefully that will help in the decision process.

I’ve been to Georgia Tech many times and have many friends that attend that school.
