Does anyone know when Duke will release decisions this year? I know Ivies are March 30th online but haven't heard anything about Duke. Is it by email/internet or snailmail?

It should be through their application website, the one that they linked you to right after they received your application. They will also send you a packet via snailmail, which is roughly… 3 days after releasing online.

I’ve read that decisions are typically posted on the last Thursday in March. This year, that happens to be (unfortunately for us) the 31st.

They might, however, decide to release them earlier.

i know that last year it was on a monday, which would make it the 29th this year, but thats only a guess.

anyone know the actual date?

i heard its the 28th which is a monday. the 29th is a tuesday. my friend who also applied said that it was on the website. i dunno where though. she made me freak out. thats exactly 3 weeks away!

Will they announce their release date?

they should. some of the school i applied to have already announced theres. “Applicants will receive notification via email of the exact time that decisions will be posted. You will need to login to your Duke account to access the decision.” thats from the duke admissions website. they send out an email about when decisions are gonna come out. rumor has it the monday before the 1st though. we’ll just have to wait and see.

Hmm… i didn’t get any email. Yeah, I would just like to know - i don’t like to get caught off guard haha it makes it too anti-climactic

Duke freshman here. We received an email 5-6 days beforehand saying when everything would go down. I received my letter 2-3 days before my Ivies

Good luck guys, go devils
