An email was sent yesterday that decisions will be available online at 5:00 today. My daughter received her package in New England today.

I got my acceptance package in MA today!!!

Waitlisted in MA today.

Oh well!

Son waitlisted today. Other son attends Colby.

accepted!!
and i'm really considering Colby now because my financial aid was AMAZING.

Accepted : ). I clicked on the link for financial aid information and told that there was no letter waiting for me. Is that a bad sign or just a tiny glitch?

Waitlisted.

Accepted...yay!

waitlisted. i'm absolutely devastated. this was my first choice. i don't know what to do with myself.

I feel your pain, Rivers and Fog. Colby wasn't my first choice, but I prefer it over the schools I got accepted to.

I haven't received anything from them, perhaps because i applied really really late.

Can someone please the link the decision website? And is the user-name and Password same as that of status check system?

Hope this helps. Here is the wording from the email.

Dear xxxx:

Colby's decision letters left the building yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, March 28th. Electronic viewing of your letter will be available online at www.colby.edu/admissions/status beginning at 5:00 pm EDT tomorrow, Friday, March 30th. You will need to use your Colby-issued ID and password to access your decision letter. As previously explained, we will not issue ID's or passwords over the phone.
Good luck

I got accepted today. now im really stressing out over which college to choose. colby used to be my first choice but now im not sure...i wish there were some way to attend them all or at least give my spot to one of u guys.

armadillozrawk07, if you don't mind me asking, where else where you accepted, and what are your doubts about colby? i'd love to compare lists and share input.

Thanks palermo.

I got Waitlisted(:()

its come down to colby.vassar.haverford.

vassar im not liking so much right now...
then haverford i like the honor code/small school yet close to philly and has the whole tri-college thing (with swat/upenn/brynmwr)...where as Colby is kinda isolated/hard to get to (from what i can tell)
I havent heard as much on colby but i'd love to hear any good/bad things about it... what about u vergil?

i'm still waiting on a couple schools..middlebury and bates

i'm debating between colby and kenyon right now---i really like the whole small college, strong sense of community thing. funny, i really liked haverford too. i interviewed and everything, but i just couldn't bring myself to write another essay (it was like the tenth one).

i'm from right outside of LA, so i think i'm partly drawn to colby (and kenyon) because of the isolation. sometimes it's nice to just have breathing space.

congrats on your acceptance. keep us all informed!

D was waitlisted by colby (second choice)
got little aid from U of Rochester (2nd choicd)
Colgate offered 36K of aid! Go Raiders, good-bye mules
