I'm rejected. Oh well...wasn't my #1 school anyway, but its not a great start for the 5:00 admissions

Same here :(. Well, on the plus side, I guess we can say that it will make our final decisions one choice easier. sigh Best of luck to everyone as the "eve of decisions" rolls on, and congrats to everyone who got in.

Accepted!!! Except I feel a little weird now. I was really annoyed with Dartmouth as I kept reading about the hundred of people who got likely letters while I heard nothing. I swore that even if I got in I wouldn't go because I felt it was so shabby to relieve the stress for some people but not others. I don't want to cut off my nose to spite my face, but I feel a little strange about Dartmouth right now. I think I'll let this all sink in, go visit, and then see how I'm feeling.

Rejected...

Coldcomfort,

Congratulations on being admitted.

I remember reading your posting on the parents forum.

I hope that you don't stay upset for long and you can "forgive Dartmouth" and attend dimensions. You will not be disappointed.

Next year you can tell the next set of prospective students, yes you can be admitted to Dartmouth RD and not get a likely letter.

Right now yes, let it sink in and enjoy the moment.

Denied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

waitlisted. :sigh: :(

Rejected, as expected.

Oh man... I got in. :)
