Decisions Mailed

Ok
I tracked a package “D” with the postal code 90210.
Guess what?

90210 is also getting a package from texas =P

This means a) someone is getting accepted to Columbia from there or b) the more logical conclusion that their is some weird error with UPS and the whole “d” texas thing lol…

Tracking Detail does not indicate from where the package is shipped. And by the way, you are right - I have no idea if the package is for our home or someone else in the school. That sucks!

so far texas, cali, nyc, washington…all showing same results for D

Yeah, someone in Compton, CA is getting a next-day air package tomorrow from Texas. Uhhhh…

I believe D stands for Dallas.

Yeah–I’m from Texas and there are five packages with the exact same time and place as yours. Huh.

Well, I know a classmate of mine got into Columbia via likely letter, and USPS tracked nothing. So if your packages are from a school, it’s probably not Columbia. :/

Hi, I’m from Chicago, IL.
So I checked UPS and found about 6 NEXT DAY AIR to be delivered by 4/1/10
They are all from Texas

I know you may think Chicago is a really big city, but I did put in my zip code and my zip code area is small. My school is not a neighborhood school so the people who applied to Columbia from my school in my zip code is max 4 including me. There is a neighborhood school in my zip code but it is - not to put them down but - a really BAD school.

So just putting this info out there…

^^^^^ lmaoooo I think we all arent getting into columbia… not because we didnt get some stupid package… but we were too stupid to realize that D in the front means DALLAS lol… NOT decisions =P… ohhh man thats hilarious

@golfer,

nobody knows. its not guaranteed that atleast 10 ppl will get in from a top ranked hs. maybe only 2 matched columbia’s secret criteria??..who knows

D for Dallas okay
And to clear it up even further, columbia can try and HIDE their packages but they would never deceive us by sending them from Texas lol

LOL D for dallas!!

LOL I agree with you!

But isn’t it strange that there are all these packages coming out of Dallas, all at the same time and Next Day Air? What colleges are near there, anyway? Rice is in Houston, so I don’t think it would be that.

same here! a airmail package from DALLAS/FT. WORTH . I’m from san diego, CA. guys,
try typing in your zip code+4. i did that

Maybe not. Because I’m an international and doing the D thing for me shows a package mailed on 29th March due to arrive on 4th of April in Singapore.

@ golfer3
how far is your hs top ranked, like #1-10 on US News? mines like around 50. more ppl get into yale than columbia in my school, LOL.

What the **** is going on

ive never been so anxious in my life
