Decisions?

I want to study biomedical engineering, so Johns Hopkins would be my first choice, but I didn't get any financial aid, UNH offered a little bit of aid and I got some merit money, and I am still waiting to get my final package from UMass, and of course, I am still waiting to hear from Trinity. Trinity invited me to apply to their ISP program, and that sounded like a good program, you get to do research in your freshman year rather than having to wait until later, I applied, but don't know if I got into that ( or if I even got into Trinity for that matter!)*sigh I will be glad when this is all over!

I got my letter today - Accepted.

Congratulations from a member of the Class of 2008 to everyone who got accepted or waitlisted in the last few days - hope to see many of you next semester.

Accepted!! Phew... I was a little freaked when I saw the little envelope! I thought it was a nice letter, very personal, mentioning some specific things I had done in HS.
Did anyone get their financial aid info?

yeah, i got a pretty substantial package from them, so far better than all 3 others--holy cross, conn coll and lafayette. thats a good thing, considering im going there next year...chacha, do you think that you will go to trinity?

God I haven't received any thing from Trincoll, even an email stating I was rejected or watever. What really confused me was that my classmate got the rejection email 2 days ago already!

Do any of you accepted guys get the decision through email? I am from Vietnam so I guess it must take me a month to know the result! Arggg this is my last chance for this application thingy! So desperate!

Trinity is very good with Financial Aid - when I got in in 2004 one of the biggest reasons I chose Trinity over a state school (Binghamton in this case) is that they made it cost the same to go to Trin (maybe a little less) as it would to go to Binghamton.

mm.. I still need to know about my financial aid.

sh71988, when did you get the financial aid package? My daughter is still waiting for hers and we live in Connecticut. Thanks.

i got into trinity in february, and recieved my financial aid package about 2-3 weeks later i believe.

to chacha: It is true about the underclassmen research. My dad is a professor in the engineering department at Trinity and he was telling me about how he has two sophmores in addition to the juniors and senior for summer research. :D
