Declining numbers in upcoming years?

This has been a brutal year for high school seniors applying to college. I have heard that there is a population bulge and that the numbers of teens graduating from high school (and thus the number of teens applying to colleges) should drop over the next few years. Anybody seen any real numbers? How much a drop and how fast? Any good links available

It is projected to rise for a few years, peaking in 2013, followed by a gradual decline.

Don't forget that international applications are on the rise, and should be expected to continue to increase as long as colleges encourage them [ diversity] and the weak dollar makes US colleges a "bargain". I highly doubt that the overall# of applications will be going down in the near future.
