defer matriculation?

is that ^ possible?

Can I still defer my matriculation if I already accepted attending there?

I was trying to find some information somewhere in its web page, but I couldn't, so I thought it was impossible to do that. But then I have read that a girl deffered her matriculation last year.

It would be best to contact admissions directly. It's probably possible, but I'm not sure what the procedure is.

yeah I will. I'm not sure still that I want to defer my matriculation; I just wanted to make sure I could.

If they don't let you defer, you can always think about enrolling then immediately taking an academic leave. That might be one way for that to work. In this case, the academic leave would be arranged through your school's dean (Pratt or Trinity).

taking an academic leave? what's that?

Academic leave I believe, is where you are excused for classes but still count as a student. Think of it as voluntary suspension, taking a break, or w/e.

:O thanks SBR

A friend of mine's sister deferred her admission for a year or two in order to dance with the San Francisco Ballet. It can be done - just ask around.
