<p>Those of you that have been deferred from EA, could you list your stats and some of your plans for turning the decision around? For example, are you going to send more recs etc...

SAT: M-800 V-710
IIs- IIC-800 Writing 660 US HIstory 800 and Chem 740
APs: Chem and us history-5
bio and euro history-4
Taking English Lit, Calc AB, Macroecon/US Govt., Stats, and Physics C</p>
<p>Ranked 9 or above in a class of about 800 (not final till January 31st)</p>

Math club VP, science Club VP, just joined JETS (Junior Engineering Technical Society), Future Business Leaders of America (1 year only), and I am heavily involved in church</p>

<p>Yeah you'll get into WPI and RPI at the very least...probably rice also. As for me, look up my posts. I am not going to post my stats for the hundreth time.</p>

<p>RPI = Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. It's in Troy, NY; very highly regarded tech institute, though of course below MIT or Caltech. WPI = Worcester Polytechnic Institute. It's in Worcester, MA. Again, another very highly regarded tech institute, though not exactly on par with MIT or Caltech. Many people who are interested in attending tech schools usually apply to these 3 or 4 - they're all really top-notch schools.</p>
