Deferred from UCF and USF! Chance me?

<p>Hi, I was deferred for Fall 2014 at the University of South Florida and the University of Central Florida.</p>

<p>Stats I was deferred with:
SAT: 1770
ACT: 25
GPA (U/W): 2.9
GPA (W):3.4</p>

<p>Current Stats:
SAT: 1770
ACT: 27
Waiting for new GPA after the first semester, but my grades were:
Adv Algebra: A
Spanish 3 Honors: A
AP Microeconomics: B
Physics: A
English 4 Honors: A
Office Aide: A</p>

<p>Do you think I'll get in after posting my new grades? Thanks!</p>

<p>if your u/w is at least 3.0 w/ your new grades I would say you have a good chance but have you also applied for other schools in FL, like FIU, FAU, ect.?</p>

<p>@tatj0620 - Yes, I’ve been accepted by FAU, FIU, and UNF, but I’d prefer to go to USF or UCF. </p>

<p>Well your ACT is within their range now that you’ve improved it so if your GPA rose too then id say you’re a match.</p>

<p>You’re within range for USF now so your odds are pretty good. UCF still a reach : even if it’s more reachable than before, odds are still against you. Please come back to post your results once you know.
And congratulations on getting into FAU, FIU, and especially UNF!</p>

<p>@MYOS1634 Hopefully UCF will have a lot of spots open up after the UF decisions next Friday, I’ll post as soon as I know. And thank you!</p>

<p>UPDATE: I found out today I was accepted into USF! I’m super excited, but still waiting on UCF before I decide where I’m going.</p>
