<p>Penn state is better recongized than deleware. Any big sports school has an edge over smaller unkown state colleges since their names are known usually nation wide. Business wise, check out the program on the schools website to get a littlemore information about each. It may help you in figuring out what your want, as well as giving you some insite on careers, placement statistics, majors and minors in the business school etc..</p>
