<p>Hey guys I am a transfer student and have been recently assigned to Demarest Hall as my housing assignment. How is Demarest Hall? My friend who is also rooming with me told me negative things about it based off of information from his sister who use to attend Rutgers NB. Is it a bad place to room and board, how are the dorms? I would just like some further input.</p>

<p>Demarest isnt too bad but its deff not the best on College Ave. Very loud and from what I remember and there were no private bathrooms. I stayed overnight at a friends when he dormed. </p>
