Hello! What is the largest amount of merit aid for any of the below colleges you can expect to receive for an IB Diploma, 32 ACT score, lots of leadership roles and volunteering, 4.25 weighted GPA. Thank you!

The only one I can answer is Middlebury. All of their aid is need based aid. So the maximum amount for merit aid is $0.

Have you run the schools NPCs, and if so do they include a merit estimate? Are the NPCs affordable?

You can also look at section H of each school’s CDS to see average merit awards.

Many schools will recalculate GPA…what’s the unweighted GPA, core courses only on a 4 point scale?

Denison has merit scholarships going all the way up to full tuition, although I think those are very limited in number. There are quite a number of half-tuition scholarships, however.
