<p>On the enrollment form, near the top right side it has the return info: Fordham University, Office of Admission, Duane Library, 441 East Fordham Road, Bronx, NY 10458.</p>
<p>And I would fax a copy of your acceptance of their offer of admission to them to ensure they get it. Follow up with hard copy and your check in the mail.</p>
<p>My package came with an addressed envelope.</p>
