DeSales or PSU Lehigh Valley?

Hey everybody!

I've recently come to a crossroads in my education, and I truly cannot decide whether or not I should transfer to DeSales University for the coming semester, or remain at Penn State: Lehigh Valley.

There is a bit of a unique catch to my story though, because this would be the third time I would be transferring to a new college. (I'm in my Junior year at the moment)

I started out at Moravian College, hated it there and didn't know what I wanted to do.

Transferred to Northampton Community College. Loved it there, but it was only a two year school.

This Spring semester I just transferred into Penn State Lehigh Valley, but I never wanted to go here. I only applied just in case I wouldn't get accepted to Lehigh University. I DID get accepted to Lehigh, but they didn't want to give us any financial aid, so I ended up going to PSU:LV instead.

I previously looked at DeSales last year, had a tour, and even got accepted and offered a very very nice financial aid package ($8,000 a year in scholarships from just the school itself).
The only reason I turned it down is because I really liked Lehigh University (It wasn't until the last minute I found out I wouldn't be getting any financial aid). But compared to Penn State Lehigh Valley, DeSales looks like the best school on the planet (It actually has a campus and college life, whereas PSU:LV is literally just one building, and everybody commutes).

So, there's the background, and here's the problem:
I don't like it at PSU:LV -- not one bit.
The biggest issue, however, is that Penn State Lehigh Valley doesn't offer the second major / minor that I'd like to pursue, but DeSales has a program catered to suit what I need exactly.
In order for me to pursue this option at Penn State, I would need to transfer to the Penn State Berks campus anyway, which is further away from home. I want to stay in the area because of my 5 year relationship.

My question to you is: What should I do? Should I suck it up and remain at PSU:LV until I get my BA in Psychology?
Or should I transfer our (for a third time) to DeSales and finish my Psych degree there, while minoring/second majoring in the other program I want. (The second minor/major would be Intelligence Analysis, which is EXACTLY what I want to do when I graduate).

I was almost certain that my dad would have wanted me to just stick it out at PSU:LV, but just earlier today he said to me "Don't forget, there's always DeSales", when we were talking about registering classes for next semester; I didn't even bring it up. So I'm assuming he'd be okay with it.

What do you think?

I just feel really foolish and embarrassed for wanting to transfer...AGAIN. But it's just how things have worked out for me.

Are those feelings unfounded? Or is it really just a stupid idea?
