Am desperately looking for a USA graduate computer engineering or cybersecurity school who will accept a 2.2 GPA from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology of Ghana. I am ready to pay fees before school starts in fall 2017

A 2.2 GPA is going to be a non-starter pretty much everywhere a far as I know.

Enroll in another program to bring our GPA up.
In the US, you need a 3.0 to be able to apply to a graduate program.
You also need to take the GRE so prep for it specifically because you’ll need a high score.
In addition, deadlines tend to be November -January so ou’d be applying for Fall 2018.

Thanks for your replies guys please the GPA is 2.6 rather and i wrote the GRE in december and had 143 in quantitative and 144 verbal and 3.0 in Analytical

A 2.6 is still very low, as is the GRE Q score. You are still going to have a hard time finding a place that will accept that. Your only chance may be to go to work for a few years and then try to get in after you have a few of those years under your belt.

Is that your actual GPA or a number you converted yourself?
You need to retake the gre.
Deadlines for us graduate programs have passed but you can try for the UK or other countries.

It’s not too late for all US grad programs. Also, some US graduate schools do mid-year admissions (for January 2018). It’s not too late for these applications. Also, some may only require a 3.0 junior and senior year.
