Did anyone else get a shirt in the mail?

<p>I got a big package in the mail today from USC, but i had no idea what it was for. It ended up being from 2 students from the Civil Engineering department at USC. Here's an excerpt from the letter:</p>

<p>"To truly become a USC student, you should first get into the proper Trojan spirit. I am sending you, with this letter, a USC t-shirt to begin your USC experience. I hope it fits."</p>

<p>It's a real nice shirt and it fits perfectly :D I was really impressed with this package...does anyone know of other schools that do things similar to this?</p>

<p>not as an acceptance! i read that in the daily trojan...it's mainly for ppl who take music or something. i know bentley gives out shirts to admitted students as a welcome present, i want a usc shirt!</p>

<p>I got a USC shirt when I was accepted...be patient, other freshman, all things in good time.</p>

<p>Of course, if you don't want to wait for your department to get on the ball, you can always order from the bookstore online.</p>

<p>a lot of people go into the College of Arts and Letters and Science do they give shirts to ALL OF US?</p>

<p>Well, my year everyone in the college and annenberg got a shirt, I know that for sure. I don't know about everyone else.</p>

<p>I got a book from the Architecture school. It was really cool and interesting.</p>

<p>if you're from orange county, there's this place called STEVE AND BARRY's university sportswear at the BLOCK OF ORANGE that sells sweatshirts for $10 and shirts for $8 for a lot of colleges. I don't know if there are other STEVE and BARRY's around but I know of that one.</p>

<p>I'm going to be an incoming freshman.</p>

<p>At the time I received the shirt I had not sent in any enrollment deposit.</p>
