Did anyone take a pre professional physical therapy track?

At my school there is a Pre-Professional physical therapy track. I was curious as to how many people take this route? It's like, I take 3 years at my current school, then I transfer to one of two other schools (Chatham or Gannon). Transfer my first year of credits back to my first school, then finish the degree at the school I transfered to.

I'm curious as to what the difference is?

In general, medical schools tend to frown on most vocational majors. By going the PT track, you invite the question why did you not go onto be a PT.

So taking the pre-PT track was the wrong choice? Should I switch over to Bio or some degree like that? Or what about the agreement with the two med schools? Sorry I just have a bunch of questions and really no one to ask.

Do you want to be a physical therapist or a physician?

Phys therapist.

I would like to get a doc. of physical therapy.

Most of us here (myself included) are focused on MD and DO degrees, not PT. Unfortunately, I really don’t know much about your degree. For medical school, it is generally preferable to do all four years in the same undergrad, if at all possible.

So just stick with my pre professional track?

Sure, if that doesn’t force you to switch colleges.
