I requested my scholl print a transcript this week. As soon as they give it to me, im going to send it off via USPS Priority mail.

is this okay? or does the school have to send the transcript directly? I figured id take the transcript and handle the mailing myself just to be safe.

I think the school has to do it. I dont graduate for another 2 1/2 weeks, but i already gave the Records office at my school an envelope with Berkeley's address and they will send it when school ends.

The way my district works, SFUSD, is that the high school has you fill out the form for which school you want the transcript to send to, and then the school will compile all of these forms and give it directly to the SFUSD office in downtown. Ultimately, it's these downtown people who will send our FINAL transcripts to the college. I don't think you can send it personally because that won't be "OFFICIAL". The transcript has to show your graduation date and the final senior year second semester courses. Are you guys done with school already? I have 15 more days!!!!!!!!!!! whoo!
