did i completely ruin my chances?

so basically, i'm going to be a sophomore in college in the fall, and i did really well my first semester. the second semester, however, something sort of happened and i didn't devote as much time to academics as i should have, and ended up with a gpa i'm not entirely satisfied with. so my cumulative gpa is now around a 3.5, which, in most cases, would be considered good, i guess. but i've had my sights set on HLS since i was a freshman in high school, and i know that i need at least a 3.9 to be very competitive in the applicant pool. did i totally ruin my chances with a B- or is there still hope if i bring up my gpa and do really well on the lsat?

i know this post might sound a bit ridiculous but it's something i'm genuinely worried about

It’s basic math. One B- doesn’t destroy your chances at a 3.9, and in any case a 3.9 isn’t necessary for HLS.

At this point, your LSAT is much more likely to be the grounds for your rejection.
