<p>I applied at Wendy's and its been 3 days since I sent in my application. I called today hoping I beat the lunch rush and didn't. He picked up the phone and I said, "Hello, my name is___________. How are you today?" He immediately put me on hold for about 2 minutes then said, "Call me back later after lunch around 2:30 when its not the busiest time of the day." I'm kind of reluctant to call back. Did I just blow my chances to get a job? I really didn't mean to but the Wendy's at my old house was never busy around this time so I called and hoped it wasn't but it was. Should I apologize when I call back this afternoon or should I just hope he forgot about it?"</p>
