Did I make a mistake??

So, I checked the pdf file that shows my finalized application.

I was reading that pdf file, and I realized that MIT doesn't categorize to AMC10 and AMC 12; it's just written as AMC.

I put both AMC10 and AMC12 score down, and I have no clue if they will know the difference...

Do you think this is a huge error, or not?

No, this won’t be a problem, and they’ll likely figure out what you meant by it.

I’m not familiar with the scoring of AMC10 and AMC12. If you put two scores down, how would they know which was the AMC10 and which was the AMC12? Also, how would they know that they aren’t both AMC12 scores from different years?

It’s not a huge error, but I would send a note, either by email or by snail mail, with this clarification.

On the application, there is a distinction between AMC 10 and AMC 12, so I’m assuming the same thing applies to the PDF file. The first number is your AMC 12, and the second is your AMC 10. I was a little surprised as well that the PDF was not as clear as the application, but I’m sure the people reading the apps will know which is which.

OMG thank you guys. I was so scared…
