I am a high school senior applying to Cornell via early decision (11/1), and I requested CollegeBoard to send my SAT scores today (10/20). Does anyone know if this is this too late? Would the scores reach the school in time?

The scores may not reach before the 1st, but that’s actually OK. You will receive an email after submitting your commonapp providing you a login for an area to view your application status and to see if anything is missing. It takes a while for the scores to update on the site so you should be fine.

My understanding is they will receive them in time. As long as you make sure the test scores go out when officially released on October 28- and today is the last date to make the change on College Board and still have them go out electronically in the first batch on Oct 28.

When is the latest I can take the SAT Subject Tests and still have them considered with my application?

If you are applying early decision, the October test date is the latest recommended test date from which we will accept test scores. Applicants are welcome to submit test scores from the November test date, but we cannot guarantee that we will receive the scores before making a decision. For regular decision, we recommend that you take tests by December or January at the latest.
