From Cornell Admissions Web site:

Questions about standardized tests:

When is the latest I can take the SAT Subject Tests and still have them considered with my application?

If you are applying early decision, the October test date is the latest recommended test date from which we will accept test scores. Applicants are welcome to submit test scores from the November test date, but we cannot guarantee that we will receive the scores before making a decision. For regular decision, we recommend that you take tests by December or January at the latest.

Thank you!!

It is also recommended that you don’t choose to Rush the scores.

@oldfort why is that so?

I’ve also heard it’s not recommended to rush scores (not just Cornell, but most schools) although I don’t know why. You shouldn’t have to rush them; they’re sent electonically.

I think schools are set up to receive scores electronically the “regular way.” They get loaded up quickly. When scores are rushed it maybe harder for them to handle.
