Did not include a planned course on UC App????

<p>Ok So I am taking a 1 unit P.E class next quarter but I never indicated that on my UC app. is that ok???</p>

<p>I doubt that it’ll really matter. But if it’ll put you more at ease, send them an email informing them of the change. </p>

<p>Include your name, UC number and other basic personal info.</p>

<p>You’ll be able to correct it in the January update, where they want you to submit your Fall 2011 grades and update the courses you intend to take for Winter/Spring 2012. You really shouldn’t sweat it, what’s really important is that all of the courses that you’ve completed and that you’re currently taking are correct on your transcript. If you messed up on that section you need to contact admissions as soon as you can to get it corrected. However, if it’s a “planned” course not for Fall 2011, they somewhat assume that those are not always assured as people change their minds and class availability isn’t guaranteed. If it really worries you then contact the admissions office of any of the schools you applied to by email or phone and notify them.</p>

<p>Is it bad to be taking a major pre-req course in Spring quarter? I’m just wondering :confused: it’s the only time it’s offered cause it’s not offered in Winter.</p>

<p>As long as you list it you’ll take it in the application and you take it in or before the Spring quarter prior to transfer, you are A-ok</p>

<p>Yeah but they still consider the remaining schedule in that spring and I think they’re able to gauge for most people if they’ll probably pass or fail those classes in the spring. If you get in and fail your classes in the Spring then you run the possibility of getting your admission rescinded. But, don’t let that happen ;)</p>

<p>I e-mailed UCSC, that’s what the lady on the phone told me to do lol We’ll see what they say, but like dilapidatedmind said, for the schools that I didn’t TAG i will be able to tell them in the update, I was just worried about my TAG, i’ll just wait and see what they tell me.</p>
