<p>the final deadline is january 1st right? so i was working on my stuff in common app and when i went for print preview, it says return the supplement by december 1. is this bad now that i am 12 days late? i mean, will they still read my stuff and assign me an interview and all that, or am i pretty much rejected becasue i didnt get it in on time? </p>

<p>you should try to get it in soon...I think for an interview you should have submitted before or on Dec 1st but I'm not sure</p>

<p>The Supplement has no bearing on your interview…you merely have to have the main common app in for that to be assigned…I have already had my interview, and I don’t, as of today, have my supplement in…</p>
<p>As long as you submit by the actual deadline January 1st, you should be fine.
If you think you’re late, you’re not; I just submitted my common app today and still haven’t submitted my supplement due to my internal debate of choosing whether or not I should write the optional essay :/</p>
