Did SAT 2 Chemistry tests get harder or easier over the last 20 years?

So I just took a 1988 actual SAT 2 Chemistry Test and scored a 760 on it. However, I’m not sure what that would translate to on a modern test.
So, did SAT 2 Chemistry Tests generally get easier or harder over this 30 or so year period?

Honestly, you should take a more modern practice test. You never know what they emphasize now or new discoveries that were not on the 1988 SAT II test.
